Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ
Do I Need to Vacuum Before You Come?

Vacuuming before is preferred but not mandatory. Larger items should be cleared from the floor such as kids toys or other miscellaneous items. Our equipment can handle most things.

How long does it take to clean my carpets?

It typically takes around 20 minutes per room but it can vary depending on the soil level, how many floors you have in your home, and necessary cleaning treatments to get your carpets clean.

How Long Will It Take To Dry?

Depending on the temperature, humidity and how thick your pile in your carpet is, dry times can vary greatly. On a summer day with low humidity, carpets can take about 3 to 5 hours or be completely dry same day. It is safe to walk on your carpet after cleaning, but we recommend not to walk on them with street shoes as they might soil your clean carpets. Please be careful when transitioning from wet carpet to potentially slick surfaced floors.

Will All Spots and Stains Be Removed?
  • While we can remove most common stains, some stubborn stains like those from dyes or bleach may be permanent. We assess each stain individually and use specialized treatments to achieve the best possible results.

Can I walk on my carpets after they are cleaned?

Yes, we just recommend you wear socks until the carpets are 100% dry. This will help the oils on your feet to not transfer and attract new soil to stick in the areas you walk most often, These are called the high traffic areas.
